ED -1 Series™
On-line UPS (1kVA to 5kVA)
Ultra-high performance UPS systems for industrial and military COTS applications
requiring a rugged UPS. Designed to protect sensitive equipment used in harsh power environments.
Supports high inrush loads and high temperature environments. Other ED Series models are available
offering operation as Voltage and Frequency Converters and precision AC voltage regulators. The 3-5kVA

Series™ Rackmount On-line UPS (1kVA to 2.4kVA)
Flexible platform may be factory configured as an on-line UPS, AC voltage
regulator, frequency converter or phase converter. Designed for use in industrial or military COTS
applications. The small and lightweight design provides a wide input range with tight output voltage
regulation. Models supporting single and three-phase inputs with single-phase outputs are offered.
Optional high temperature batteries available. Units may be factory configured for 50, 60 or 400Hz

regulator or frequency converter. Accepts a 50, 60 or 400Hz input with a 50 or 60Hz output. They
provide a tight output voltage regulation of +3%, as well as extended brownout protection. Ruggedized
models are available. This Series utilizes a field-proven high performance online design and is ideal
for military COTS, aviation and industrial applications.

Incorporates internal high frequency galvanic isolation to eliminate common noise problems. Ideal for

SMP Series™ Line-Interactive UPS (500VA, 700VA & 1kVA)
Next generation, cost-effective line-interactive (SBS) type UPS with
LCD display and 2-stage buck/boost providing +/-5% output voltage regulation. Similar products on the
market only offer +/-8-12% regulation. Unlike other line-interactive UPSs, the SMP does not switch to
battery during buck and boost operations. This reduces battery cycling and increases battery life.

Next generation, cost-effective line-interactive (SBS) type UPS with LCD display.
The SUP operates from both 120Vac domestic or 230Vac international power while providing a 120Vac
output at the input frequency. Ideal for the international traveler or multi-national corporation
needing to power non-frequency sensitive computers or equipment that have been designed to operate

Falcon’s on-line sinewave technology, the SVR creates a totally new, regulated AC power, free from

UVS-L Series™ with
Frequency Conversion (1kVA - 2kVA)
The UVS is the smallest and most lightweight unit of its kind. Utilizing Falcon’s
sinewave technology, the UVS offers precision AC voltage regulation, limited ride-through and
frequency conversion. With an additional external battery module, the UVS becomes an on-line UPS. The
UVS may be used standalone or offers an ideal solution when packaged inside other OEM products. The
